Snoqualmie Tribe makes change to outdoor concerts at casino

The Snoqualmie Tribe of Washington is making changes to the outdoor concert series at its casino.

Last summer, residents complained about noise at the Snoqualmie Casino. The tribe is now shortening its season and ending shows earlier in hopes of addressing the concerns.

“The casino seems to have considered the feedback from the local community and made a number of significant changes in response to the concerns,” resident Kit McCormick told The Snoqualmie Valley Star . “We look forward to a summer that is more relaxed and one that offers all residents of the Valley the tranquility that many of us seek.”

The concert season this summer starts July 1, rather than June. It will end during the Labor Day weekend.
